Deposit

A deposit equivalent to the first night’s accommodation is required 2 weeks prior to check in to secure your booking. The balance of your account is payable on check-in, please note that we are unable to accept cheques.

A $200 bond is required using a valid credit card or debit card with sufficient balance. Where a credit card cannot be provided a $200 cash bond is required which is fully refundable on departure (provided conditions of booking have been met).

Property Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival a fee of $50 applies. A fee equivalent to the first night’s accommodation will be applied for cancellations within 7 days of check in unless we can re-book the apartment at an equivalent rate. We will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date at no penalty. There is no refund after arrival or for early departure.

Credit Card Surcharge

Payments by Visa and Mastercard attract a 1.15% surcharge, debit cards a 0.60% surcharge and EFTPOS cards a 0.07% surcharge. Let us know if you would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer and we will supply our account details. Please note the balance of your accommodation must be paid at or before check in.
